Indulge in some lychee treat this summer

With mercury rising, it’s important to keep your body cool with summer desserts. Chef Choong Chew of Royal China shares a refreshing recipe of Lychee with ice cream. Blend lychees to a coarse paste.  Take 1 ½ cups of whipped cream, add condensed milk and the blended lychee. Fold all the ingredients together. Freeze for 6-8 hours and serve.
