Indian women’s rugby team prepares to play in Singapore

India will play its first-ever international women’s match in Rugby XVs meet, Singapore. The team includes players from Odisha, Delhi, Maharashtra and Goa. The team is training hard to move from the faster 7s version to play a 40-minute long game. This has brought a change in their training regime with coaches emphasising the need for fitness.
