India growing to be more ‘rape-tolerant’

The NCRB data shows that 40,000 rapes are reported in India of every year. With every rape case reported, journalists feel people are becoming rape tolerant. For this, stricter laws need to be executed and the victims have to get justice on time. The law on death penalty for child rapists under the POSCO Act is a step in the right direction.
