IMF says rising oil prices may affect India’s growth rate

The IMF has said that the rising oil prices besides the modification of the monetary policy due to soaring inflation rate will likely to affect India’s growth adversely. It has brought down its earlier prediction of growth rate to 7.3% for 2018 and 7.5% for 2019. It had predicted that India will emerge as one of the fastest growing major economies.
