We spend a lot of time talking, chatting and uploading stories on apps on our smartphones. But sometimes, social media can be overwhelming and stressful. Take a break from your smartphone when you feel stressed out. Turn off all notifications except calls. Go for a walk and be mindful of your surroundings. Temporarily delete some social media apps.
