A new study shows that exercising 4-5 times a week can keep the heart healthy and considerably slow down the ageing process. Exercising 2-3 days a week for 30 minutes can minimise stiffening of middle size arteries, while exercising 4-5 days a week can keep central arteries in pristine health. The study was published in the Journal of Physiology.
