Google plans censored search engine in China

Google is reportedly planning to launch a censored version of its search engine in China. The Chinese version of the site will blacklist websites and search terms about human rights, democracy, religion, and peaceful protest, said a report. The project, codenamed Dragonfly, has been underway since 2017, said CEO Sundar Pichai.
