Google’s voice calling ‘Duplex’ may soon reach the call centers and assist customers with queries. It uses AI to mimic a human voice and help in making salons appointments and book tables at hotels. CEO Sundar Pichai said they are concentrating more on the interaction between the consumers and Duplex. They haven’t tested it with enterprise clients.
