Google allows third party to read user’s Gmail: Report

Google has been accused of allowing hundreds of third party software developers to scan the inboxes of millions of Gmail users despite severe security measures. A report said that Google’s own employees read emails only in very specific cases. Google said it provides data only to outside developers it has vetted and to whom users’ granted permission.
