Even on a trip to Kerala, Vir Sanghvi tucked into Gujju snacks. He observes that Gujaratis are the most travelled Indians but also the fussiest eaters who will hunt down Gujarati food and eat it! Gujaratis are mostly vegetarians and some don’t eat even onions and garlic, making it tough for them to try other cuisines. Yet they are avid travellers.
