Dronavlli Harika raises India's chances at WWC Championship

Indian grandmaster Dronavalli Harika from Andhra Pradesh, advanced to the pre-quarterfinals of the World Women’s Chess Championship being held in Russia. Koneru Humpy had crashed out earlier. A bronze medallist in the knockout format, Harika beat Bela Khotenashvili of Georgia. She faces a former world champion Alexandra Kosteniuk from Russia next.
