A study published in the International Journal of Cancer says that the time you eat dinner is more likely to trigger the development of  breast and prostate cancer. It further stated that people who ate dinner before 9:00 or wait at least 2 hours before going to bed had a lower risk of cancer than those who eat after 10:00 or go to bed soon after eating.
