Decline in menarche age of girls, concern for parents

According to several studies, there is found to be sharp decline in the menarche age of women in India, which is 13.83 years from 13.76. As per doctors, 1 of 3 female children experience early maturity and growing up, and it has become a concerning trend for parents. It can have behavioural changes in the child that can result in mood swings.
