Contact with humans can reshape the brains of rabbits

Study found that pet rabbits’ contact with humans result in reshaping of their brains compared with that of wild ones.  It changed their fear, amygdala and medial prefrontal cortex. Pet rabbits have limited white matter that makes them react slowly while wild ones have larger brains and are hunted by other animals that made them alert.
