Climate change may hit Indians living standard adversely

India’s GDP is likely to go down by 2.8% and the living standard of nearly half the population is expected to weaken by 2050 due to the impact of unrestrained climate change. The World Bank report on the economic impact of climate change says an inevitable 2% fall in GDP even if 2015 Paris Agreement goal of containing global warming is achieved.
