Centre to draft law to tackle problems in NRI marriages

The Centre is planning to introduce 'Summons and Warrants Against Indian People Living Abroad' in the Parliament to tackle problems in NRI marriages. The law, Minister Sushma Swaraj said, will make provision of confiscating property of NRIs who have abandoned their wives in India and illegally married abroad. MEA said it received 3,328 complaints.
