Dietician Jillian Kubala, MS, RD, lists out the best fruits to give kids. Fruits that are low in sugar are raspberries, blackberries, kiwi, grapefruit, papaya and watermelon while cherries, mangoes, bananas, grapes and figs should be consumed in moderation as they are high in sugar. Juices and smoothies are packed with sugar and lack fibre.
