Benevolent sexism attracts women too

A recent study found that women are attracted by benevolent sexism and perceived males with such sexist attitudes as more willing to protect, provide, and commit to them. Feminist women were as likely as non-feminists to prefer benevolent sexist men over egalitarian men. Non-benevolent sexist men were described as holding more egalitarian views
