Alice In Wonderland was a story that Charles Dodgson, a mathematician, made up whie he was entertaining his dean’s children and one of the kids Alice begged him to write the book. So he used a pseudonym Lewis Carrol and did the illustrations himself. The boos publishers Macmillan was not ready for the huge response they got.
