Beat cancer with higher vitamin D consumption

Research conducted on post-menopausal women suggest that consuming a vitamin-D rich diet may lower risks of breast cancer. The experts pooled data from random blood samples from a target group in 4 years. Risk of cancer seemed to be less with higher levels of vitamin D. Further study is needs to be conducted on groups based on their ethnicity.
