Ban these words from your vocab for a better mental health

We can improve our precious mental health by not using some words. Stop thinking in black-and-white-terms and replace ‘but’ with ‘and’. ‘Should’ obligates. If you say ‘I deserve it’, that’s an air of entitlement. The word ‘hope’ implies that whatever you need is out of reach. Replace your ‘Never’ and ‘always’ with ‘rarely’ and ‘often’.
