Babies having solid diet tend to sleep better

A study found that infants who were introduced to solids within the first 6 months slept longer and woke up less frequently than infants having breastmilk alone. Maternal wellbeing was also better in the group that had babies introduced to solid foods early. The solid foods were made a part of the infant’s diet from the age of three months.
