Australia to setup its first space agency

Australia will formally announce its first space agency on May 8. Reports say that the government is setting aside a seed capital of AU$38 million for its creation. It will be led by Geologist Megan Clark who earlier headed the Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research Organization. The agency aims to contribute to the technological efforts.
