A do-it-yourself Instant Tomato Rice Baath

To make instant tomato rice baath, puree the tomatoes. Grind coconut, ginger, jeera, mint and coriander to make a fine paste. Sauté garam masala and add chopped onions. Mix in the green masala and tomato puree and cook for a minute, then add rice and salt. Cook on high with 2 whistles and turn off heat and let it steam. Serve hot with onion raita.
